H2 Platinum Lourdes

Terrible service. Mediocre rooms. And their breakfast is most likely frozen. Terrible cleaning in the rooms, floors and dust everywhere. Oh and they charge extra for ICE! What? Just stayed there for 2 weeks. Happen to leave money on the table the 2nd day there(12th) Started with 300 exchanged 120 of it. So 180 should be there right? Nope. $160...housekeeping helped themselves to $20 of it. The worse part was that when I told front desk about it they said they would tell their manager and get back to me. I wait 2 days with nothing. I go to front desk and ask again. They tell me management will look who went into the rooms the day the money went missing. GREAT! I wait another 2 days and again I never hear from them. So I AGAIN, have to go to front desk and ask about it. They tell me AGAIN. “Management will check the doors to see who went in”. At this point, I said let me just see if they care enough to even let me know their findings. Well I stayed for 2 weeks and checked out the oct 22nd. Didn’t hear NOTHING about my incident. Should I have used the safe? Sure. But that’s not the point. Especially when I first used the safe 4 days later it wouldn’t accept my password and I had to wait till the next day for someone to reset if for me. Seems very careless and disorganized hotel. As an American maybe I should have trusted the Holiday Inn nearby, it looked better put together when I visited. Also, beds were not very comfy, I could feel the side bed frames. It’s a block from the mall so that’s great. Only highlight was there restaurant downstairs for dinner was amazing. Oregario is the name I think.
